Τρόπος παραγγελίας

Βήμα 1

Μπορείτε να μας στείλετε εικόνες, ένα σκίτσο που να περιγράφει τι θέλετε ή ακόμα και να μας πείτε ακριβώς τα χρώματα που θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε.

Βήμα 2

Προκαταβάλετε σε εμάς για το σχεδιασμό της μακέτας σας 80€ ή 10€ για τις αλλαγές σε μακέτα που έχετε είδη . Δημιουργούμε για εσάς μια συναρπαστική σχεδίαση. Μπορείτε να κάνετε αλλαγές ώστε να καταλήξουμε στο σχέδιο της μακέτας.


Βήμα 3

Αφού εγκριθεί η τελική μακέτα τότε καταβάλετε το συνολικό κόστος 120€ και σε 5-20 εργάσιμες ημέρες σας αποστέλλουμε τα αυτοκόλλητα. Σε περίπτωση ειδικών χρωμάτων ή πολύ ειδικών κατασκευών θα προηγείται προσφορά.

Το κοστολόγιο αναφέρετε σε σετ πλαστικών καρτ με στάνταρ χρώματα.

Υπάρχει δυνατότητα να επιλέξετε χρώματα Fluo Gold Carbon Silver με έξτρα χρέωση.

For junior categories, Birel propose their C 28 R model, one of the most technological and competitive karts in such strategic market segment.

Development was directly supervised by Birel racing division which, for the 2012 version, introduced some remarkable innovations body shell wise, making this kart even more effective and easy to drive.

Strong points include excellent balance and performance on any kind of circuit, with all tyre types.

The braking system (CX model with 150mm steel disc) and the HQ by Freeline fit-out are excellent, too.

RACING LINE - AR 28-RX/Z

The body is built with 28 mm pipes and can be traced to the geometry of the auspicious Series “R”. It offers excellent performance with medium-hard tyres and is very sensitive to control which allows the driver to immediately personalize the set-up based on his driving style. Both versions offer a removable tank and HQ Freeline accessories. The variable wheelbase of model AR 28-Z is a definite advantage in adapting the chassis to the various types of tracks present in America in terms of cohesion and length.

Besides the confirmed AR 28-Z it will also be available in the AR 28-RX version developed for the Mini Rotax category.
Both chassis are built with 28mm pipes and offer the driver immediate feeling due to excellent balance.
Model AR 28-Z is characterised by the possibility of varying both its wheelbase (1010/1020/1030), and its height due to a specific rear bearing flange A. In order to be able to quickly make this change, the brake caliper B is mounted on the upper part of the disk.
Moreover, the seat supports allow it to house even 4t motors, making this the ideal kart for any type of national competition.
Model AR 28-RX, on the other hand, has a fixed wheelbase (therefore even the brake caliper is mounted in the traditional manner) and was developed according to the basic technical regulations of the Mini Rotax class.

It was developed for the Mini Rotax category with the objective of making it very “free“ in order to best take advantage of the limited motor strength in the youth category. It is precise when entering a curve, without “losing“ its rear cohesion with the track.
It guarantees excellent feeling to even the less expert driver, besides excellent performance with various types of tyres and motors. With little intervention the base set-up can be determined to make it fast on any type of track.

CHASSIS

The CRY 30-RX chassis is versatile, adapting itself very well to all types of tracks and to the tyres used by the single-brand Austrian house. The equipments include front brakes and HQ Freeline accessories. The standard rims are in magnesium, the axle is 40x3x1040F, and the motor kit includes the gear shift on the steering wheel.

ENGINES AND BRAKES

Engine built by Rotax with original direct drive on the axle and two-speed gear box. The braking system is instead “CX” Hydraulic model with a 200 mm disc at the rear and two 150 discs at the front. Pedal mounted control.

particolareBirel’s selection for Rotax DD2 class includes a frame realized with 30 mm tubes
called CRY 30-RX, specifically designed and realized in conformity with the regulations of such category (which requires a two-speed engine with direct drive on the axle).

For this reason, the rear features only the axle flange on the brake side while, on the opposite one, the axle goes through the engine itself.

The Rotax homologated bumper with shock absorbing system is standard; the steering wheel mounted gear comes with the “engine kit”.

Frame with a versatile design, which means it can easily adapt to all circuits under any adeherence condition.

Thanks to specific research made by Birel Technical Centre, optimal set up is simple and intuitive as frame performance can be adapted according to each type of tyre.

2012 CHASSIS PRESENTED

Among the new products, a 32mm tubing chassis, new braking systems, accessories and great bodywork innovation 

Birelʼs 2012 chassis range, named S4, presents two models reserved to top classes: RY 30-S4 made with 30mm tubes and RY 32-S4 made with 32mm tubes.

Both models will have a version for KF (and single-gear in general) classes and one for KZ with gear; at this regard it must be said that the 30mm tubing model is more suitable for KF categories, while the RY 32-S4 chassis has been developed, with excellent performances, more specifically for KZ.

Birel chassis selection will be completed by model C-28-R for MINI and Cadet classes. As customary, all Racing chassis manufactured by the Lissone-based company are the product of the knowhow of the in-house racing division (Birel Motorsport), which guarantees a level of quality among the best worldwide for standard items.

As a matter of fact, all new ideas involving the 2012 line have undergone racing testing and combine top performance and reliability. As already said, the new features include the innovative 32mm tubing model (RY32-S4, CIK-FIA certified for 2012-2017), extensively developed throughout last seasonʼs top competitions and now ready to complete Birelʼs high segment offer.

This model relies on outstanding balance and great performance, matched to easy tuning, one of Birelʼs outstanding strong points.

Still innovation wise, we have to highlight the great job carried out on model RY 30, with structural evolution involving the front, for karts which are more precise and easier to drive. Also the junior class C 28–R model has been enhanced, transforming the bodywork to achieve better grip and balance.

Bodywork designed for KF and KZ classes now also features a smaller new axle bearing support, with three height adjustment options.

Whereas, the accessory side is packed with brand new ideas for the breaking systems, both KF and KZ, with backlash gear and cast iron floating discs.

Still in the accessory department, new side fairings (optional and available from January 2012 on) for racing chassis, lighter and more aerodynamic, able to improve balance and achieve even smoother driving.

NOVELTIES BIREL KARTS 2012:

Rear brake system mod. RR I-25: with self adjusting braking at 4 pistons. With floating cast iron brake disc diam. 180mm and connection to the axle bearing by a radial support.

Front brake system KZ mod. RR I-25: with self adjusting braking at 2 pistons and with fix cast iron brake disc diam. 150mm

Front manual brake system mod. RR I-25: with self adjusting braking and with floating steel brake disc diam. 150mm

Support axle bearing: it has been reduced and there is the possibility of height in three different position.

Petrol tank: it has been relocated further down with consequent change of the floor panel that will be flat, leaving a greater adjustment of the position of the steering wheel (up/down).

Frame: in order to improve accuracy of the forecarriage, structural changes had been made to the frame especially in the front. That resulting in improved performance, easier driving and the constancy of the kart.

Side pods: new side pods had been developed for the "racing" karts. They will be lighter and aerodynamics to further improve the balance and the easier driving of the kart. These pods will be available as Optional from January 2012.
